Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivering may take up to 7-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with different premium suppliers and wholesalers to ensure quality fulfillment:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (Depending on destination)
  • Tracking: Provided for all orders
  • Coverage: Only in USA (50 States and Washington DC)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery destination and order specifications:

United States:

  • Standard Rate: $9.00 USD

Free Shipping Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates via our carrier partners
  • Estimated delivery date

Please note that you'll receive more than one shipping information updates if you purchase products from our different US warehouses. You can track your order anytime through the link provided in your confirmation email.


Shipping Restrictions

We are not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • All US Military APO/FPO addresses
  • American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

If your address cannot be serviced, you'll be notified during checkout.


Multiple Partner Fulfillment

Because we partner with multiple trusted suppliers or wholesalers to curate our unique collection:

  • Orders containing items from different suppliers or wholesalers may arrive in separate packages
  • Each package will have its own tracking number
  • Delivery times may vary between packages

This allows us to offer you a diverse range of premium products while maintaining quality standards.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking status for the latest updates
  2. Contact us at info@perlamargherita.com with your order number
  3. We will work with our carriers and partners to locate your package

For lost packages: We'll initiate an investigation and work toward a resolution (Refund) once the carrier confirms the package(s) loss.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:

  • Editing the shipping address is not allowed
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Returned packages due to address errors may incur reshipping fees
