We sell majorly feature and daily apparels, accessories and beauty products, include dresses, long sleeve tops, sunglasses, body skin care products etc.

Besides, we offer total 15 premium, feature and daily collections and recommendations for apparels, accessories and beauty products diversely. They allow customers to make choice in different product options and buying combinations to fully fit their fashion and beauty needs and styles

All of our products are made and ship in USA. We don't find, cooperate and purchase products with suppliers or wholesalers in China and other country. Every product's suppliers of us are trustable suppliers or wholesalers in USA

Many of our suppliers or wholesalers are located in California and Taxes, the suppliers and wholesalers are located in Florida, New York and Alaska etc.

As we work with different suppliers or wholesalers across the whole USA, we have different warehouses in respected states, include California, Taxes, Florida etc.

All products are going to ship to USA only. We want to serve our customers the best with focusing on efficient domestic delivery and post-purchase support

The average delivery days are between 2-5 days with 1-2 order processing days. There may be some uncertainty which may increase the overall shipment transit time, such as stock-out or holiday increased demand

In order to standardize our freight rate rules from various USA suppliers or wholesalers, we evaluate and choose to divided their shipping rates into 2 fixed freight rate rules in our store respectedly.

The first one is the order will be charged based on total weight, the second one is the order will be charged based on fixed shipping fee

If the related product is run out-of-stock just after you paid the single product order unluckily, the order will be cancelled and you will receive the full refund. Your order may be not cancelled if you paid the order with more than 1 product, depends on the availability of related product(s).

On the other hand, your order can be cancelled within a certain amount of time, it depends on whether we acknowledge you place an fraud order, and have high possibilities to request a chargeback or not

We love our customers to not feel impulse or regret before deciding to finish the shopping journey in our store. For this reason, we don't accept any request of order cancellation or shipping after update after customers place and confirm the order.

Except for the paid shipping fee, we will offer the full refund for all affected customers.

Don't worried! We will contact the related suppliers or wholesalers to verify the return request of related customer respectedly, it commonly need around one week for us to get responsed and reply to affected customers.

After the related suppliers or wholesalers verify and accept the return request of related customer, we will provide the RTC and return instrutions to our affected customers, customers need to follow these instructions to finish the return process. The refund will offer to our affected customers as soon as possible (Again not include paid shipping fee)
