Return & Refunds:

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with the original product tags in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of the purchase. Return requests must be initiated within 14 or 30 days after the notifications of order delivered was sent, any return requests without any valid reason(s) will not be considered. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. Except for the paid shipping fee, we offer full refunds on related product(s) for you.

For all of our dresses products, we offer 30-day return and refund service, which means you have maximum 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@perlamargherita.com. We will verify and process your return request with respected supplier(s) or wholesaler(s) within 1 week. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return package to our related suppliers or wholesalers. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate your issue and make it right as soon as possible. If you can't find and receive the item package after the email of order delivered was sent, please inform us to handle the issue within 1-2 day(s) as well.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
For all of the product bundles and gift card order(s), we don't accept return and refund.

Information updates

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
